Privacy Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026. This policy covers the Winner's Choice Gaming Location Portal at portal.winnerschoicegaming.com and the WCG Portal apps for iPhone and Android.
Who this is for
The Location Portal is a private business tool. It is used by the owners and managers of establishments that host Winner's Choice Gaming video gaming terminals under an active use agreement, and by Winner's Choice Gaming employees. There is no public sign-up: logins are created by Winner's Choice from our own records, and access ends when the business relationship does.
What we collect
Your account. Your name and business email address, taken from our existing records for your location. A password that you choose, which is stored only as a cryptographic hash and cannot be read by anyone, including us. The date and time you last signed in.
Your location's business data. Daily terminal performance, revenue statements, license expiry dates, machine details and signed agreements for the locations linked to your login. This is information about your business that we already hold as your terminal operator; the portal shows it to you rather than collecting anything new.
If you install the app. A push notification token issued by your device, along with the platform (iOS or Android) and app version, so we can send the alerts you have switched on. Your notification preferences. The app uses Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode only to unlock the app on your own device; that check happens entirely on your phone and no biometric information is ever transmitted to us or stored by us.
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, health data or advertising identifiers. We do not track you across other apps or websites. There is no analytics or advertising software in the portal or the apps.
How we use it
To show you your own business information, to keep your account secure, to send you the notifications and emails you have switched on, and to answer you when you contact us for support. That is all. We do not use your information to build a profile of you, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not share one location's performance data with another location's owner. Where the portal shows how your location compares with others in your area, it uses figures published by the Illinois Gaming Board, which are already a matter of public record.
Who else is involved
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so the portal can run. They may only use it to provide their service to us:
Railway, which hosts the portal and its database.
Resend, which delivers portal emails such as your invitation and password resets.
Expo, which delivers push notifications to your device, and Apple and Google, which operate the notification services those messages travel through.
Salesforce, our system of record, which is where your account and your location's information originate.
Keeping it safe
All traffic to the portal is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. The apps never see or store your password: signing in happens in the portal itself, and the app only decides whether to reveal a session the portal has already granted. Access is granted per person and per location, so a login only ever reaches the locations it is linked to.
How long we keep it
Your login stays active while you have an active gaming location with us. When that ends, or when your access is withdrawn, the login is disabled. If you delete the app, the push token for that device is removed the next time we try to notify it. Your location's business records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them as a licensed Illinois terminal operator.
Your choices
You can turn any notification off on the Account page in the portal, or switch them all off in your phone's settings. You can change your password at any time. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your login — contact us using the details below and we will respond. Closing your login does not remove the business records we are required to keep.
Children
The portal is a business tool for licensed gaming establishments and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell you by email.
